This is our faithful reproduction of the impossible to find replacement pin for the lower swivel pin complete (217421). It can also be used to replace the splined pin on the upper steering arm (pendant type ball joints) and convert it to a double bearing setup.
Suitable for Series 1 and early Series 2 Land Rovers with top mounted steering levers (arms).
Instructions: Punch out the retaining pin, press out the splined pin, press in this one. Using the existing retaining pin hole as a pilot drill through the swivel pin and fit a new retaining pin. Now you can use the same bearing as the lower swivel pin and retain your steering levers (arms) top mounted.
This part is precision machined by us on our CNC lathe.
