This is our steering relay tube repair kit for all Series 1 Land Rovers. We fabricated this kit for those who are lucky enough to avoid replacing the entire front cross member.
Our relay tube is machined from heavy wall tube and fits OEM steering relays perfectly and the holes for the bottom cover plate are tapped for 1/4 BSF, just like the originals.
We've found the top plate on non-OEM relays is often not centered and/or oversized and need to be adjusted/modified to get the relay to fit in the tube.
We have keyed the brackets for the top bolts to make alignment fast and easy.
