This is our faithful reproduction of the LHS dumb iron found on 88" Series 2, early 2a Land Rovers that came without the welded on steering damper bracket.
Our Dumb Irons are 382mm long, taking them past the front cross member giving you maximum flexibility around where to locate the join. Our parts share the exact dimensions of the original chassis rail regardless of where they are cut and will butt weld to it without leaving a step.
