Our part is an exact copy of the cover plate found on the inner guard of many cars. It covers the exhaust cut out required by the early 2.25L diesel and all 6cyl equipped cars. This part is suitable for Series 2, 2a and 3 vehicles.
It is made from the same gauge steel plate and has the same size rivet holes found on the original parts. As with the originals it will need to be shaped to suit the cut out in your car.
