This listing is for both our square nut and the cage to capture it, they are faithful reproduction of the original parts found on Land Rover Series 2 and 2a footwells.
Our parts are fabricated in our workshop on tooling made by us. The cages are formed from thicker steel than the originals for extra strength and a longer life and the nuts are fabricated on our 4 axis VMC.
This type of captured nut was commonly found on all types of period vehicles and may be suitable other (non-Land Rover) projects.
